This little family spent some time with us on Sunday, visiting all the way from NYC. At ten months old, Cielle was quite taken with "big boy" Miles. She tracked his every move with her eyes, watching, observing, smiling and laughing. Oh, and what a laugh she has. One that is committed and sincere. One that is born out of pure joy. We enjoyed some time at the park, and some down time at home. I've known Catherine, Cielle's mom, since I was fifteen, but we've lived far away from each other ever since we graduated from high school. It was so nice just to catch-up and take some time to observe our little ones together. We hope to see much more of Cielle and her family. Perhaps some multi-family vacation-planning is in order, no?
